A tablet per day is commonly prescribed to patients to be ingested either with or without food preferably at the morning time so that Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S does not interfere with a patient's sleep.The dosage of Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S is dependent upon the patient’s age,medical condition,patient’s response to the drug,any medications patient might be having along with Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S and any adverse effects felt by the patient.It is recommended that patients ingest Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S at the same time each day and put an alarm as a reminder if need be.

Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S is not prescribed to patients under the age of 18 years nor is it recommended to expecting and lactating women.A lower dosage of the drug may be prescribed to elderly patients with other illnesses (such as kidney and liver impairment).The intake of alcohol is prohibited while undergoing treatment with Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S as it may cause dizziness.If patient is having other prescription drugs along with Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S it is imperative that they inform their doctor before taking Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S as drugs such as blood thinners,MAO inhibitors and NSAID are said to interact with Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S negatively.

Nausea,dry mouth,headache and increased amount of sweating are just a few of the common side effects felt by patients while ingesting Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S,these effects tend to resolve on their own in a few days' time.Setak 5mg Tablet 7.0 'S may also cause slight weight gain and a decrease in the libido.

It may take up to 2-3 weeks to reap the entire benefits of the drug therefore,It is advised to not stop treatment abruptly once the patient feels better (usually after a few days) without consulting a doctor.If you miss a dose of the medication, make sure you take it as soon as possible on that same day. If you don’t remember you missed the dose until the next day, do not double the dose and take your medication as per schedule as that may lead to serious adverse effects.
